This class will cover an overview of the basic estate topics, and the state of current Minnesota law regarding them. We will discuss probate and how a Will affects the probate process. We will discuss Revocable and Irrevocable Trusts and their use in estate planning. Finally, we'll talk about Powers of Attorney, Health Care Directives and the current status of Estate and Gift taxation. This class is meant to be interactive and questions are encouraged, so please come prepared to discuss these issues.
